In a nutshell

Strategic planning, design and production of a suite of corporate and sales literature, and website design and build.

What they needed

Broadband Mobile Satellite Communications was a new venture for Thales in a tough and highly competitive market. So to ensure they made a real impact at launch and got a return on their investment as fast as possible, we developed a comprehensive communications strategy, supported by an effective and affordable marketing plan. The aim - a distinctive and compelling market position with clear, concise messaging that would set them apart from their competitors.

What we gave them

Working closely with the Thales BGAN team to define their specific business objectives, we researched what was important to end users, resellers and distributors of broadband satellite communications systems. From here we developed a three-tier communications plan based around a solutions-led service. This ensured all sales collateral carried the right strategic and tactical messages and product information to the three different audiences (please click here to view).

The results

With its strong market proposition as a key provider of broadband mobile satellite communications, Thales became the 'new kid on the block', instantly recognisable in a market traditionally dominated by established players.
